What takes up your time when you’re running your business?
Is it the missed calls? The quote you gave and haven’t heard back? The invoice nobody has chased? That’s money slipping through your fingers.
We can fix that.
The same jobs, done by hand, every week.
- The job goes in the diary. Then on the invoice. Then in a text to the customer. Same details, three times, by hand.
- You sent the quote on Tuesday. It's Friday. Nobody's chased it, because chasing it is nobody's job.
- The message that landed at nine on a Friday night gets answered on Monday. By then they've rung someone else.
- The stock count goes on paper, then into the spreadsheet, then into the order. It was right the first time.
- Someone asks the question you've answered a hundred times. You answer it a hundred and first.
You’re responsible for all of it. That doesn’t mean you have to be the one doing it.
Business is changing. Is yours ready?
AI and automation are changing the way businesses work — and the pace of change isn’t slowing down.
Sparx Innovations helps businesses adapt by building automated systems, made for you, that save time, cut repetitive work and make the day-to-day run more smoothly.
Whatever could work better in your business, we can build a system around it.
Built for your business, whatever your business.
Sparx Innovations isn’t limited to one industry or one type of business. We can help.
We build automated systems around the way your business actually works, using technology to take care of the repetitive tasks behind the scenes.
If your business has admin, there’s a good chance we can automate it. That saves you time to make more money.
You walk us through a typical day
Not one job — the whole day. The jobs worth handing over are usually the small ones you stop noticing: the typing, the chasing, the reminders.
This part is called the audit. We can do it over the phone, on a video call where you show us your screen, or we come to you and do it face to face. We're looking for where we can help.
You get a proper plan
It says what we'd build, what we'd leave alone, how it goes in, who runs it, what it costs monthly if we keep looking after it, and how you pay.
The price is locked in for 30 days. The audit and the plan cost nothing — you don't pay anything until you decide to go ahead.
We build it
Once you say yes, you pay 50% of the build price up front. That half is non-refundable — it pays for the work that starts that day.
We keep you informed of the progress — you can be as involved as you like, while you carry on running your business.
It's finished, and it's yours
You pay the other half when it's live, not before. You get a full user-guide explaining how to use your new system.
There are two ways to handle your new system from here: Self-managed or Sparx-managed.
Self-managed: keep it and run it yourself. You also get a full handover doc covering how it’s built and set up. For the first 30 days, if anything we built doesn’t do what the plan said, we fix it for nothing.
Sparx-managed: we look after it, for the monthly price that’s already in your plan. We keep it running, fix anything that breaks, and small changes are included. A big change to the system, or a new system, is a new project with its own plan.
Steps 1 and 2 cost nothing. You only pay from step 3, once you’ve said yes to the plan. See how pricing works for the rest — what you pay, when, and how the monthly price is worked out if you want us to keep looking after it.
Who am I dealing with?
One person. Ben looks, plans, builds, and answers every enquiry himself. Meet him.
Will this cost someone their job?
No. What we build either does the jobs that aren’t being done at all, or the jobs being done by someone who could be putting their time to better use.
What happens if it breaks?
If it’s Sparx-managed, it’s a live issue and handled as one: looked into straight away and fixed for nothing. If the fault is with a third party — e.g. your phone provider, Facebook, your accounts software — that’s not something we can fix, and we’ll tell you so.
If it’s Self-managed and past the first 30 days, you ask us, we quote it, and it goes in the queue with our other work — with an honest date, not a same-day promise we can’t keep.
Is this just one of those AI things?
Only where it helps, and only if you want it. Anything that speaks to your customers will use words you’ve pre-approved.
What about the legal stuff?
Everything we build is built to the UK rules that apply to it, including UK GDPR, PECR and the Data Protection Act.
Do I have to understand any of this?
No. You’ll be able to tell a customer what it does in a sentence, and that’s the level we aim for.
“He’s taken the time to understand my business and what I’m trying to achieve.”

A short message is enough — “I do the invoices on a Sunday night” is a complete description. Ben reads every one and replies himself, within one working day, however you’d like.
